Cancellation and Refunds

• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited
• Program refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Workshop and corporate training cancellation terms are specified in individual agreements
