Most coaching happens via video call, making it easy to work with us from anywhere in Canada. In-person sessions are available in Toronto for clients who prefer face-to-face interaction.

We ask for 24-hour notice for session rescheduling. Life happens, and we are flexible when circumstances require it. Unused sessions do not expire.
While our main office is in Toronto, we work with clients from coast to coast. Video sessions make geographic distance irrelevant, and our coaches have helped professionals in Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, and dozens of smaller cities.
